Are the 2018 midterm election polls accurate?

After the surprising outcome of the 2016 presidential election, many people began to doubt the veracity of public polling. In a new video, Bill Galston explains why 2016 actually showcases the accuracy of voter polls, discusses how and why they can go wrong, and identifies what to look for when considering polling about the upcoming midterms.
