With a temporary cease-fire between Israel and Hamas expected to expire, and the crisis in Israel and Gaza having lasted over 50 days, the war is transforming Israeli and Palestinian societies and their approaches to their decades-long conflict. On November 30, the Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings will host a virtual event with Brookings Distinguished Fellows former Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad and former Israeli Ambassador Itamar Rabinovich, who will discuss the paths forward from the current crisis. They will be joined by Natan Sachs, director of the Center for Middle East Policy at Brookings, in a conversation moderated by Suzanne Maloney, vice president and director of the Foreign Policy program at Brookings.

Viewers can submit questions via email to events@brookings.edu or via Twitter/X @BrookingsFP using #IsraelandGaza.
