Robotic process and intelligent automation are remaking federal agencies

What: Federal agencies are adopting new processes designed to make them more efficient and effective: robotic process automation and intelligent or cognitive automation. Each is being deployed and starting to alter how agencies function.

On November 16, the Center for Technology Innovation at Brookings will host an expert panel discussion on how these tools are being used, what the opportunities and risks are, and how to train the federal government workforce to utilize these new technologies in a responsible manner.
